Show Facility: Caras Park is located in Missoula, Montana and includes covered grandstand seating and stage area and covered pavilion.
Show Hours, Dates & Times: Saturday, August 16, 2008 - 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Contact on the day of: 544-9252 or 544-5101.
Set-up: Saturday August 16, 2008 - 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Vendors must arrange for dollies and carts.In the interest of public safety, all exhibits must
be setup and vehicles vacated from the show areas prior to opening to the public. Vehicles may not enter or exit the show grounds during public
show hours.
Move-out: Saturday, August 16, 2008 - 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm No removal or dismantling of exhibits or exhibit materials will be permitted before the
end of the show. Any vendor who leaves the show early will not be allowed to participate next year. Carts are not allowed in the aisles until after 4:00
p.m.
Booth Construction: Booths may reach a maximum of 8’ in height. Professional signage is required for all booths. Banners may be used but cannot
hang on pavilion walls. You may utilize a 10' x 10' canopy for hanging banners and signage. Get helpful trade show tips here.
Event Promotion: Pet Fest will be well advertised for 3 weeks prior. Total promotional budget is projected to be $15,000. The event is expected to
draw 1,000+ consumers, based on the attendance of the last two years.
Electrical Service: Electrical Service is available by request in limited locations around the Pavilion on a first come, first served basis. You must
bring your own extension cord.
Parking: Free for all attending the event. In the interest of public safety, exhibitors must park in the public parking lot and may not re-enter with
vehicles during show hours.
Water: available in and near the public bathroom near the pavilion.
Adoptable Animals: Rescues and Shelters featuring animals for adoption will be located outside of the pavilion in "Adoption Row". This area is
close to the grass where families can spend time with pets and you will have plenty of space for a 10' x 10' shade canopy. If you have many animals,
please consider a double space for more comfort, shade, room to display, etc.
Once a contract is accepted, exhibitors shall not be entitled to a refund of any part of any fee for any cancellation, regardless if space is used by
another exhibitor.
If the show should be cancelled by Marketplace Media for circumstances beyond it's control, i.e., Act of God, Act of War, government emergency, labor
dispute, or the unavailability of the expo site for any reason, Marketplace Media will refund each exhibitor their paid booth space rental fee, less a
percentage equal to the costs incurred by the Marketplace Media to date.
The applicant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and protect Marketplace Media against, and hold and save Marketplace Media harmless from any
and all claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorney fees and expense of whatever kind or nature which might result from or arise
out of any action or failure to act of the applicant or any of its officers, agents, employees, or other representatives, including but not limited to claims
or damage or loss to property, or from or out of any damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or any property of the applicant or any of its officers,
agents, employees or other representatives. Any photos, video, or audio taken at Pet Fest are the property of Marketplace Media and can be used for
any form of advertising or promotion.
